Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead the execution of complex pipeline and compressor station projects, with accountability for project cost, schedule, scope, and performance.

You will bring multidisciplinary teams together, navigate FERC regulatory and federal permitting requirements, and guide capital projects valued at more than $100 million from inception through closeout. Significant travel and a hybrid work model are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, operations, or project management training and/or experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least five years in the pipeline industry and experience managing projects from inception through closeout.
• PM methodologies knowledge; PMP certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated, cross-functional project teams and take accountability for the successful delivery of assigned capital projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, budgets, and scenarios that support business objectives and project requirements.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, performance, change controls, and adherence to Project Life Cycle requirements.
• Identify project risks, exposures, and opportunities, maintain project risk registers, and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, agency responses, project reporting, and external relationships associated with FERC and other permitting requirements.
• Provide strategic leadership on project execution, contractor selection, commercial agreements, stakeholder communications, and lessons learned.
