Job summary

Enbridge Inc. seeks a Project Management Specialist to lead cross-functional teams delivering high-value capital projects in pipelines and compressor stations, with accountability for cost, schedule, scope, and performance.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 7+ years in pipeline project delivery, and PMP preferred. Travel up to 50% across the United States is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, operations, or project management training and/or experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least five years in the pipeline industry and experience managing projects from inception through closeout.
• PM knowledge; PMP certification or an equivalent designation is an asset.
• Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate risks and guide projects through execution.
• Ability to lead meetings, set expectations, and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated, cross-functional project teams and take accountability for the successful delivery of assigned capital projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, budgets, and scenarios that support business objectives and project requirements.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, performance, change controls, and adherence to Project Life Cycle requirements.
• Identify project risks, exposures, and opportunities, maintain project risk registers, and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, agency responses, project reporting, and external relationships with FERC and permitting authorities.
• Provide strategic leadership on project execution, contractor selection, commercial agreements, stakeholder communications, and lessons learned.
