Job summary

Enbridge in Waltham, MA is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead execution of high-value pipeline and compressor station projects. You will oversee cost, schedule, scope, and performance, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex regulatory and permitting processes, including FERC, for projects over $100 million.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering/construction/operations or related field, 7+ years’ experience (5+ in pipelines), and PMP or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, operations, or project management training and/or experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least five years in the pipeline industry and experience managing projects from inception through closeout.
• PMP certification or an equivalent designation is an asset.
• Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate risks and issues and act to keep projects moving forward.
• Ability to lead meetings, negotiate solutions, and build alignment among teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated, cross-functional project teams and accountability for successful delivery of capital projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, budgets, and scenarios supporting objectives.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, performance, change controls, and lifecycle requirements.
• Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, agency responses, project reporting, and permitting requirements (FERC).
• Provide strategic leadership on execution, contractor selection, and stakeholder communications.
