Job summary

The Energy Authority (TEA) in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Project Lead, Business Systems to serve as a program-level integrator across TEA’s business systems, vendor partnerships, and organizational initiatives.

You will collaborate with Client Services, Operations, IT, and leadership to ensure projects are aligned, sequenced, and delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

Own the Big Picture: Serve as TEA’s program-level connector across vendor initiatives, system enhancements, and strategic projects.
Coordinate sequencing, dependencies, and release timing to keep TEA’s systems and operations moving cohesively.
Build roadmaps and release calendars that align priorities, vendor capacity, market requirements, and needs.
Establish release-readiness practices including documentation, testing, and acceptance.
Bring structure to intake, scoping, estimation, and risk management across projects.
