Job summary

Interstates is seeking an experienced Systems Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery of limited-energy and technology systems across the US. You will coordinate project execution from contract review through closeout, ensuring cost control, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires strategic leadership and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, identify risks, and drive schedules,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering limited-energy, low-voltage, technology, electrical, automation, or related construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, change management, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project-management or construction-management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, estimating, and operations teams to establish project direction, priorities, and delivery strategies.
• Lead the execution of limited-energy systems projects including structured cabling, communications, security, access control, fire alarm, audiovisual, building automation.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk-management strategies.
• Monitor costs and productivity to align with budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
