Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions.
Keep stakeholders aligned through requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.
