Job summary

INFUSE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of internal systems and business processes. You will blend project management, analytical thinking, and communication with stakeholders to optimize workflows at department and company levels.

You will collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while driving data-driven decisions and exploring AI enhancements within business processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
• English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder sessions to identify needs and translate into actionable requirements.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with product, design, development and other teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across project phases.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Oversee business process implementation and adoption among teams.
• Collect and analyze data to support decisions and proposed solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with senior management.
• Stay aware of industry trends and best practices.
• Proactively identify process improvements and efficiency gaps.
