• Budget Updates: forecast cost-to-complete; track costs and line-item exposures.
• Change Order Management: track PCOs and CORs; report status to Owner.
• Project Close Out: implement close-out plan; manage CCQ process.
• Owner/Sub Requisition Process: ensure timely pay requisitions; prepare Schedule of Values.
• Cash Management: monitor cash flow; review SVs and sub/vendor payments.
