• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities on complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Budget Updates: forecast Cost-to-Complete and identify exposures.
• Change Order Management: track PCOs, CORs, and owner changes.
• Cash Management: maintain project cash flow and prepare value schedules.
• Project Close Out: establish close-out plan and document packaging.
