Job summary

Inherent Technologies, Inc. in New York, NY seeks a Project Manager to govern a defined batch of work, ensuring disciplined governance and acting as the primary coordination point for business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will create a unified view of scope, schedule, and cost, actively manage dependencies and risks, and coordinate readiness for milestones, releases, and cutovers with Agile teams and program managers.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain integrated views of scope, schedule, cost, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Experience in environments combining agile, flow-based, operational, and traditional project delivery.
• Understanding of working with standing Agile Teams and ARTs without disrupting governance.
• Experience supporting milestone readiness, release readiness, cutover planning, and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Govern the project wrapper for a defined batch of work with coordination across delivery teams.
• Create and maintain a unified view of scope, schedule, and cost for participating teams.
• Coordinate project intake and framing through standard governance channels.
• Maintain an integrated view of project dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, owners, and due dates.
• Work with Agile Teams and ARTs within established governance and delivery methods.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, status reviews, milestones, releases, cutovers, and readiness.
• Support incremental and iterative delivery and staged releases with accountability.
• Provide reporting and stakeholder visibility across scope, schedule, cost, dependencies, risks, and readiness.
• Coordinate across I&O, other teams, vendors, and partners to represent external dependencies in governance.
