Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Project Manager to enforce IT project governance across multiple DHS-related initiatives. The role includes creating detailed schedules, staffing plans, procuring vendor products and services, and submitting funding requests while keeping the Executive Steering Committee updated.

You will collaborate with IT, Medicaid, Child Welfare and other DHS areas, lead project meetings, track progress, ensure quality, gather requirements, build plans, and communicate

Qualifications

• Experience enforcing project governance and delivering on governance templates.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Strong stakeholder communication across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to project governance structure and reporting.
• Create schedules and staffing plans; procure vendor products/services.
• Submit funding requests and report status to Executive Steering Committee.
• Lead project meetings; track progress and ensure quality and deliverables.
• Coordinate with IT, Medicaid, Child Welfare and DHS stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage scope.
