Job summary

Raas Infotek LTD in New York, NY is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to govern complex projects onsite across multiple teams. You will coordinate scope, schedule, and budget, engage agile teams, and drive readiness and stakeholder reporting.

The role requires 12+ years of experience in enterprise project delivery, effective cross-functional coordination, and robust governance in mixed methodologies. This is a contract onsite position in the US.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to maintain integrated views of scope, schedule, cost, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Experience in environments combining Agile, flow-based, operational, and traditional project delivery.
• Understanding of working with standing Agile Teams and ARTs without disrupting governance.
• Experience supporting milestone readiness, release readiness, cutover planning, and stakeholder reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide project governance for clearly defined work, coordinating across delivery teams.
• Act as the primary coordination point for business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Create and maintain a unified view of scope, schedule, and cost; manage dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate readiness, milestones, releases, and cutover with accountable owners and teams.
• Provide reporting and stakeholder visibility across scope, schedule, cost, and readiness.
• Work across organizational boundaries with I&O, national Grid teams, vendors, and partners.
