Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a business, financial management, or accounting environment.
• Experience with general project status report generation.
• Experience with project financial controls.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholders and work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines, produce routine deliverables, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of multiple project initiatives aligned with client needs and expectations.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver all prioritized projects.
• Support client team with timely, accurate invoicing and submission.
• Collaborate with program management, finance, and contract stakeholders on reporting, risk management, and billing operations.
• Audit and reconcile cost activity across labor, travel, and other direct costs.
• Provide risk mitigation and assist with financial analyses in a fast-paced environment.
