Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a business, financial management, or accounting environment
• Experience with general project status report generation
• Experience with project financial controls
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
• Ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adhere to deadlines, produce routine deliverables, and manage multiple initiatives
• Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives aligned with client team expectations and business needs
• Support timely, accurate, and compliant invoice preparation and submission
• Collaborate with program management, finance, and contract stakeholders on reporting, risk management, and billing operations
• Audit and reconcile cost activity including labor, travel, and other direct costs
• Provide risk mitigation and assist with financial analyses in a demanding, fast-paced environment
