Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program cost control or financial planning and analysis support for government customers.
• Experience with complex CLIN structures and multiple funding types or sources.
• Experience with financial management of subcontractors and generating invoice details and back-up.
• Experience briefing financial recommendations to a program team or leadership.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis.
• Ability to conduct trend analysis and forecast financials based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends.
• Ability to identify program risks and assist with mitigation plans and prioritizing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial and program control activities for moderate-to-large-sized programs or proposals.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract lifecycle support.
• Analyze budgets, monitor expenses, perform cost/schedule variance analysis, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare cost-to-complete estimates and contract data calls responses.
• Prepare financial program management reviews and KPI status; act as primary customer contact.
