Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a mid-level Project Controls Analyst to manage a broad set of financial and administrative activities for large programs. You will perform invoicing, estimating, and analysis across the contract life cycle, authorize expenditures, and lead junior staff where needed.

You will monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, respond to data calls, and prepare management reviews.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 6+ years of financial management or in a financial program control environment, or an Associate's degree with 4+ years, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues independently and as part of a team
• Ability to be a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to conduct trend analysis
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for detailed financial and administrative activities for moderate-to-large programs and organizations
• Perform invoicing, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract life cycle support
• Authorize budget expenditures and provide work leadership to junior employees
• Assist in monitor expenses and perform cost and schedule variance analysis
• Respond to contract and program data calls and prepare financial program management reviews
• Provide status of key performance metrics and communicate results to stakeholders
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding invoices
