Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Project Control Analyst, Mid to manage a broad set of financial and administrative activities for programs through the full contract life cycle. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-to-complete activities while coordinating with customers and junior staff.

Required are 2+ years of financial management experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. A finance or business degree is also needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial management or financial program control.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for calculation and analysis.
• Ability to forecast using bottoms-up analysis and historical trends.
• Analytical thinker able to conduct trend analysis.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis across full contract life cycle.
• Prepare budgets, authorize expenditures, and provide leadership to junior staff as needed.
• Prepare cost-to-complete, support estimates, and respond to data calls.
• Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis and provide KPIs and recommendations.
• Serve as primary customer contact and anticipate customer needs.
