Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a PCO Analyst to support a DoW client by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant invoice preparation and submission. You’ll work with program management, finance, and contract stakeholders to maintain billed and unbilled metrics and resolve discrepancies.

The role requires 2+ years in financial management or accounting, strong Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree. U.S. citizenship is required; experience with federal contracts and FAR/JTR is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a business, financial management, or accounting environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation.
• Ability to display adaptability in a fast-paced environment; collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly invoices, including labor, travel, and other direct costs, in alignment with contract requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate invoice reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission.
• Support final invoice package preparation and submission; resolve discrepancies or adjustments with internal teams.
• Maintain and update billed and unbilled trackers and monitor financial status across the contract.
• Process adjustments and journal entries to support accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to invoicing metrics reporting and dashboard updates.
