Live Nation Studios seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial oversight for studio productions, partnering with Corporate Finance to ensure accurate reporting and controls. You will manage production budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and close processes while evaluating new productions and partnerships.

The role requires strong accounting discipline, production knowledge, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for Studio leadership. CPA/MBA preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 10–12 years of experience in finance, accounting, or production finance.
• Experience in film/television or live entertainment preferred.
• Strong understanding of production accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a corporate accounting/finance environment.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Live Nation Studios leadership.
• Provide visibility into studio and project-level spending, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Oversee production accounting and financial reporting across the studio slate.
• Monitor budgets, cost reports, commitments, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Track budget vs. actuals and identify financial risks or variances.
• Manage and forecast project cash flow and vendor payments.
• Partner with production leadership on budgeting and financial planning across the lifecycle.
• Support tax incentive tracking and forecasting.
• Develop studio-level budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for studio leadership.
• Create dashboards to improve visibility across the slate.
• Maintain accurate forecasting assumptions and identify key drivers.
• Support longer-term financial planning as the slate grows.
• Develop financial models to evaluate new productions and opportunities.
• Analyze investments, partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue opportunities.
• Perform scenario analysis for project economics, financing options, and cash flow.
• Support greenlight decisions and revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales and other Studio teams on project economics.
