The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead enterprise financial planning and forecasting, owning the integrated three-statement model with

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred.
• Approximately 10-12 years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity reporting, and working capital management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise planning, forecasting and three-statement model ownership for consolidated planning and cash flow visibility.
• Develop analyses to support forecast assumptions and explain variances between forecast and actuals.
• Maintain sensitivity analyses to evaluate impact of key assumption changes on EBITDA, cash flow and working capital.
• Support PMO cost reduction initiatives and analyze spend data for savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting and business partners to link operating performance to liquidity outlook.
