Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a project manager to lead the development and implementation of government contracts. Responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, technical writing, and cross-functional coordination with end users, IT support, and client services.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience with government projects, PMP/CAPM/Scrum Master preferred, and a bachelor's degree in business or related field (master's preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience. Master's Degree preferred
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred
• 5-10 years of experience working on projects/programs supporting Government Contracts

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, IT support, and client services.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
• Provides project management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, and support.
• Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation.
• Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, clients, and other departments involved in the project.
• May be responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.
• May serve as the primary or assistant technical and management representative for the company, customer, and senior leadership.
