Responsibilities

• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans.
• Interfaces with end users, IT support, and client services.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables.
• Manages vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Produces SOPs, protocols, and technical documentation.
• Builds relationships with team members, vendors, clients, and departments.
• May support new business development through small proposals or major proposals.
