• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's preferred in Business or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience working on Government Contracts projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analyses of project functions and work processes; provides recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Uses qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of project operations.
• Maintains project management related documents; writes, updates, reviews, and submits contract deliverables.
• Responsible for completion of contract deliverables assigned to the team within time and funding parameters.
• Tracks and reports on project risks; recommends changes to reduce risks.
• Adheres to project schedule; ensures scope, schedule and budget are defined and maintained.
• Ensures teams follow CMMI/AIMM processes and collect metrics for CMMI level 3.
• Communicates with government customers and partners to discuss status and updates; gathers feedback for management.
• Partners with team members to guarantee project success and customer satisfaction.
• Supports planning, execution, and result monitoring of project management phases.
