Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
• PMP/CAPM/Scrum Master preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience on government contracts projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with end users, IT support, and client services.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Prepares and approves SOPs, protocols and other technical documentation.
• Builds relationships with team members, vendors, clients, and other departments.
• May assist with small proposals or support major proposals.
• May serve as technical and management representative for the company, customer, and senior leadership.
