Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• Experience with government contracts is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with end users, IT support, and client services.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Recommends and directs analysis and solutions of problems.
• Provides project management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, and support.
• Prepares and approves SOPs, protocols and other technical documentation.
• Builds and maintains relationships with team members, vendors, clients, and other departments involved in the project.
• May lead relatively small proposals or assist with major proposals; may serve as primary or assistant technical/management representative.
