Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Delivery Leader to organize and lead the project management team, overseeing delivery, budgets, schedules and staffing for diverse client projects in the Water sector.

You will coordinate with senior staff on technical personnel, participate in marketing efforts and proposals, and drive production operations across multiple projects while maintaining profitability and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Project management team organization and leadership.
• Delivery oversight including financials, schedule, quality and staffing.
• Coordinate with MS Leader on technical staff.
• Manage marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across projects.
• Ensure work is planned, controlled and evaluated through project management system.
• Develop and manage staff and provide training.
• Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff on local and national efforts.
