Job summary

BW Design Group seeks a senior delivery leader to oversee major design and construction programs across MAE, IDB, or EPC delivery models. You will align with firm strategy, shape team roles, and drive client loyalty through successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities include guiding pursuit, establishing PxP, and coordinating with trade partners while advancing team capability and project performance. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive direct leadership in major design/construction projects.
• Experience in CPG, Food, Beverage, Household & Personal Care, Life Sciences, Data Center or Mission Critical markets.
• Strong understanding of risk allocation, contract terms, and insurance risk transfer.
• Fluency in digital delivery software from preconstruction to BIM/VDC; communicates progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project/Program Team and set Contract Documents and PxP for projects.
• Align with BW Design Group strategies and communicate plans to teams.
• Develop client relationships and drive multi-year account growth.
• Lead pursuit teams on capture plans, project delivery approaches, and staffing.
