You will drive project strategy, team organization, and client engagement while aligning with BW Design Group’s goals and risk controls. A strong background in architecture/engineering delivery and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive direct leadership in major design and/or construction projects or programs.
• Experience with design-build, EPC, and DBB delivery models.
• Strong understanding of pricing, terms, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects or programs as a senior delivery leader.
• Organize and lead Project/Program Team, establish contract documents and PxP.
• Develop client relationships and pursue multi-year engagement opportunities.
• Recruit, qualify, and organize internal and external teams and partners for projects.
