Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Project Executive to lead major multidisciplinary design and construction programs. You will partner with senior leaders and a skilled team to deliver complex projects, align with strategic plans, and drive client value.

You will manage contracts, PxP execution, and risk controls while fostering a collaborative environment across internal teams and external partners to realize project success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive direct leadership in major design/construction projects or programs.
• Experience with MAE, IDB, EPC, and DBB project delivery models.
• Strong understanding of risk, contract terms, and insurance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project/Program Team and establish Contract Documents and PxP.
• Drive client relationships and pursuit strategies to grow engagements.
• Oversee design, procurement, and construction activities to meet Conditions of Success.
• Collaborate across engineering, architecture, and construction teams and external partners.
