Job summary

BW Design Group, part of Barry-Wehmiller, seeks a Project Executive to lead major design/construction programs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and manage delivery from strategy through realization.

Responsibilities include establishing contract documents, leading PxP, driving risk management, and cultivating client relationships. Travel to client sites and project offices may be required as you steer complex EPC/IDB/MAE projects to success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive direct leadership in major design and/or construction projects.
• Experience with MAE, IDB, EPC, or DBB delivery models.
• Strong understanding of risk allocation and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project/Program Team and establish contract documents (Prime, trade, consulting, OEM).
• DevelopPxP, forecast outcomes, and ensure Conditions of Success.
• Grow client relationships and lead pursuit strategies for multi-year engagements.
• Collaborate across engineering, architecture, and construction teams.
