Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group seeks a senior delivery leader to drive major design and construction programs as Multidisciplinary Architect-Engineer (MAE), Integrated Design-Builder (IDB), or Engineer-Procurement-Construction-Manager (EPC). Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years leading major design/construction projects or programs.
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Data Center, or Mission Critical markets.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, risk transfer, and commercial delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project/Program Team and establish Contract Documents and PxP.
• Drive project delivery strategy, scope, schedule, and cost controls.
• Manage client relationships, capture plans, and pursuit of opportunities.
• Oversee risk, quality, safety, and procurement programs for projects.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to realize success.
