Job summary

Odysea LLC in Louisiana seeks a Project Coordinator to support the logistical coordination of materials, equipment, and subcontractors across local operations. You will collaborate with Plant Operations, Yard, QA/QC, R&D and Project Managers to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities include preparing submittal packages, placing material orders, maintaining project files, and communicating scheduling recommendations to management, sales teams, and customers to keep projects on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science or related field required.
3–5 years of project coordination experience preferred.
Advanced MS Excel/Word/Adobe/Outlook; ability to learn new software quickly.
Familiarity with MS Project and ERP systems.
Strong management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities with Project Managers, Shipping/Receiving, and Operations.
Prepare submittal packages, place material orders, and assist with training initiatives.
Communicate scheduling recommendations to management, sales teams, and customers.
Assist with document control using Q-Pulse and maintain project files.
Post reports and production data; participate in meetings with customers and inspectors.
Review invoices for subcontractor work and support with invoicing as needed.
Travel occasionally to job sites and ODYSEA campuses for scheduling needs.
