Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders into the ERP system and submit for approval.
• Manage revisions and updates to sales orders.
• Coordinate shipping, track past-due shipments, and prepare documents.
• Inform customers of parts readiness for pickup or shipment.
• Generate shipment reports and coordinate packaging lists.
• Perform EUC checks for export compliance and handle RMAs.
