You will work with business leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, track timelines, organize meetings, and support reporting. Occasional travel to the office may be required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, PM, or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Track deliverables, milestones, actions, risks, and issues.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings and workshops; follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, PMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, logs, and project documentation.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and teams as needed.
• Identify risks, dependencies, or delays and communicate them.
• Support portfolio management activities to keep projects moving forward.
• Utilize Microsoft tools and Copilot to boost productivity.
