Job summary

Citi is seeking a Program Management Lead in the United States to oversee a portfolio of programs, drive strategic execution and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role requires a strong background in program governance, risk management and stakeholder coordination.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, sign off on plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance and delivering end-to-end program results.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in program management and related areas.
• Negotiation skills with external parties are required.
• Licensing/Registration: Series 6 is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
• Assesses creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.
• Oversees program plans to meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents.
• Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones.
• Works with Program Sponsor to ensure business case cost benefit analysis aligns with business objectives.
• Monitors program commitment from those assigning resources and escalates risks as appropriate.
• Creates the program risk management plan and collaborates with procurement on contracts.
• Recommends training and development needs for assigned personnel and evaluates performance for rewards and promotions.
