EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a strategic, execution-focused Program Manager to lead a multi-project portfolio in our Property & Casualty insurance business. You will oversee 5–10 active initiatives across core platforms and product lines, aligning business goals with technology delivery.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to drive ROI, maintain schedules, and ensure compliant, high-quality results across vendors, underwriters, claims, and finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive program management experience in P&C insurance
• Experience managing 5-10 projects with budgets >$10M+

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate a portfolio of 5-10 complex projects
• Manage interdependencies across legacy, cloud, and core platforms
• Identify, track and mitigate program-level risks and bottlenecks
• Oversee cross-functional resource allocation (IT, underwriting, claims, analytics)
• Serve as liaison between IT and business units (Underwriting, Claims, Finance)
• Present program health and ROI to executives on a regular cadence
• Champion change management for adoption of new platforms and processes
• Ensure delivery quality, compliance, and value realization
