2+ years in project coordination or related roles.
Experience in construction administration or field-service roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Attention to detail and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the transition of awarded projects from Sales to Operations/Production.
Review work orders and project docs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Confirm scope, timelines, and special requirements before mobilization.
Maintain the handoff process to prevent information gaps.
Support scheduling, crews, materials, and field requirements.
Provide clear updates to customers and internal teams throughout planning.
