Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior Project Controls professional to oversee comprehensive project scheduling for mission-critical facilities. You will lead the development of WBS, align timelines with objectives, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

This role requires extensive scheduling expertise, ability to mentor teams, manage baselines and change orders, and deliver insights through earned value analysis. PMI certifications such as PMP/PSP are preferred.

Qualifications

• PM/Project Controls experience in large-scale construction or engineering projects.
• Experience creating and validating WBS and project schedules.
• Proven ability to manage baselines, change orders, and resource loading.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and refinement of project WBS to align with scope and deliverables.
• Coordinates work areas to optimize workflow and integrates into master schedule.
• Mentors teams on validation of quantity take-offs for project estimating.
• Maintains baseline vs actual schedule reports and analyzes schedule performance.
