Job summary

You will prepare schedules, track baselines, support proposals, and provide management reports while collaborating with project teams. A strong background in Primavera P6 or similar tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of scheduling experience with a high school diploma.
• 6+ years with an associate degree.
• 2+ years with a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide project planning and scheduling documentation for requirements.
• Provide planning support for in-house or on-site work as required.
• Assist team leads and managers in tracking projects against baselines and budgets.
• Prepare periodic management and customer reports and presentations.
• Assist on project proposal teams.
• Create and revise preliminary master schedules detailing work sequence.
