Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project scheduling and WBS development.
• Ability to mentor teams on project estimates and scheduling processes.
• Experience with schedule baselines, changes, and earned value reporting.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and lead development of WBS to align with scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate work areas to optimize workflow and schedule integration.
• Mentor teams on validating quantity take-offs for accurate estimates.
• Review means, methods, and compliance with requirements to minimize risk.
• Lead input of change orders in schedules and update plans accordingly.
• Incorporate addenda changes and quote matrices into the master schedule.
• Advise on bid items, numbers, and time estimates to support scheduling.
• Resolve ambiguous contract items to ensure clear execution.
• Plan resource loading and integrate into master schedule.
• Forecast and track materials, equipment, labor, and hours.
• Create logical relationships and define predecessors/successors.
• Produce baseline vs actual schedule reports and analyze performance.
