Responsibilities

• Leads the development and refinement of project Work Breakdown Structures.
• Designs and coordinates work areas to optimize project workflow.
• Implements processes to ensure all project items are accounted for.
• Produces baseline vs. actual schedule reports and conducts analysis.
• Mentors schedulers and facilitates training programs.
