Job summary

ADP seeks a Project Controls Analyst to support assigned projects by maintaining integrated cost and schedule information. Reporting to the Senior Project Controller, you will collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and finance to improve visibility and enable informed decisions.

The role emphasizes cost and schedule control, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with project controls, cost tracking, and scheduling required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost controls, budgets, commitments, actual costs, accruals, and EAC.
• Maintain and update project schedules, baselines, milestones, and critical path.
• Integrate cost and schedule performance to present a consistent status view.
• Analyze performance and variances using trend analysis and EV concepts.
• Prepare monthly cost and schedule updates and support reviews.
• Document changes, risks, and actions; manage change logs.
• Deliver decision-ready reports and dashboards in approved systems.
