Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst (PCA)/Project Scheduler to partner with stakeholders and develop controls to manage project financials and mitigate losses. You will also support cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring data integrity and system integration.

The role covers from project initiation through completion, maintains logs, analyzes monthly cost outcomes, and provides variance analyses to PM leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of Primavera P6 experience.
• 4+ years of project controls experience.
• Experience driving controls measures for large-scale projects.
• Experience managing project cost, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting for large capital projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project controls measures to manage financials and mitigate losses.
• Develop schedules to control cost plans and perform cost–variance and earned value analyses.
• Assist in annual budgets, forecast planning, reporting, and data requests.
• Manage orders from inception through completion with proper documentation.
• Maintain logs for scope changes, contingency releases, change orders, and journal entries.
• Provide monthly cost and schedule reports to PM leadership with variance explanations.
