Job summary

Suffolk in Paradise, NV seeks a Project Controller to support project accounting and administration for ongoing construction programs. The role partners with Project Managers, Executives and Superintendents to ensure accurate financials and contract compliance.

Responsibilities include owner requisitions, subcontractor and vendor invoicing, change orders, and assisting with forecasts. Oracle experience and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly owner requisitions
• Review and approval of subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices
• Managing subcontractor compliance with terms and conditions of the contract (insurance, bonds, waivers, CCIP enrollment, billing procedures)
• Assisting Project Management in the monthly project forecast including validation of the projected fee and percent complete forecast
• Processing subcontractor and owner change orders in Oracle
