SLSCO invites a Project Controller to lead financial functions for division projects, overseeing AP/AR, reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. You will partner with project teams and the VP of Accounting to ensure accurate cash flow, internal control, and compliance with company policies.
Travel to project sites is expected. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5+ years of construction accounting, excellent communication, and strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivots);
The Project Controller works directly with the project teams to oversee the financial functions necessary for profitable completion of the assigned division(s)/project(s). The Project Controller has direct responsibility for all AP, AR, and compliance management processes. Additionally, the Project Controller is responsible for developing and improving systems and processes related to financial reporting, budget tracking, and variance analysis. The Project Controller position will report directly to the VP of Accounting, or their designee, and ensure integration of financial accounting and treasury management practices, as necessary.
