Job summary

Saber Power Services is seeking a Project Billing Specialist in Houston, TX. The role focuses on generating project billings, reviewing contracts for invoicing details, and coordinating with Project Managers on billable costs to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project tracking experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with AIA forms and lien waivers, in a construction or service environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• 3+ years of hands-on project/job tracking experience.
• Familiar with conditional/unconditional lien waivers.
• Construction or service industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and extract invoicing requirements from contracts, MSAs, and POs.
• Review new job set-up requests for completeness.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on billable costs and maintain AIA G702 payments.
• Prepare and send invoices; apply sales tax and retention rules.
• Conduct collection efforts on past-due accounts.
• Support safety culture and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
