Qualifications

• Three professional references required, one of which must be your current or most recent supervisor.
• Unofficial transcripts are acceptable to support minimum qualifications.
• Experience managing or supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders and external contractors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discovery and translate business, policy, and technical needs into clear requirements.
• Support testing, implementation, data validation, and project reporting to meet acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to security and compliance activities and maintain authoritative project documentation.
• Provide leadership within Agile/Scrum teams to align outcomes with organizational goals.
