Job summary

Alaska Department of Health is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Eligibility Modernization Office (EMO). The role focuses on coordinating complex modernization projects, translating needs into requirements, and guiding vendor collaboration through the project lifecycle.

You will help plan testing, data validation, and reporting, ensuring deliverables meet criteria while supporting security and compliance activities within Agile/Scrum teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources.
• Knowledge of the principles, methods, and tools for designing, developing, and testing software.
• Knowledge of information security plans and to prevent vulnerabilities in information systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, testing, data validation, and project reporting with defined acceptance criteria.
