Tiello, in partnership with a leading General Contractor in the West Palm Beach area, seeks an experienced Project Accountant to oversee billing, subcontractor and project payable processes and to track financial progress through reporting and analysis in line with contract requirements.

You will manage project folders, input budgets and change orders, prepare AIA billings, and ensure timely accounts payable and receivable postings for multiple project types including Retail, Restaurants and

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables, formulas, lookups and indexing.
• Strong report writing and business correspondence skills.
• Effective presentation of information to management and stake-holders.

Responsabilités

• Attend turnover meetings for new jobs and set up project folders.
• Input contract information and budgets into the system; manage change orders and POs.
• Prepare project billing worksheets and assist with monthly AIA billings.
• Generate AIA billings for owners and review job-related check requests.
• Process accounts payable for job-related invoices and review overhead statements.
• Post monthly activity for AR/AP and participate in monthly project reviews.
