Job summary

CHAI is seeking an Assistant Director of Programs and Services to lead day-to-day operations of HCS, TxHmL, and ISS teams in Dallas. The role ensures compliance with state certification standards, Medicaid billing, and person-centered planning, reporting to the COO on performance and risk.

Responsibilities include maintaining certifications, supervising staff, coordinating Plans of Correction, and ensuring incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a human services or related field.
• At least three years of paid supervisory experience in human services or related field.
• Experience with HCS/TxHmL waiver programs and Medicaid billing preferred.
• Knowledge of state licensing standards and person-centered planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CHAI's HCS and TxHmL certifications and survey readiness.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management for programs.
• Monitor Plans of Correction and critical violations.
• Ensure billing compliance with IPCs and PDPs.
• Lead ISS and residential program oversight across multiple residences.
